Approved GR 6.15 + GR 3.2 +Possible Cheats | 430

In this POV you guys can clearly see that this guys starts shooting at me when i pull over him and try to do issue fine (totally ic ) so this guys try to be smart and start shooting at me without any demands which is violation of GR 6.15 as This guy took their gun out (As a leo if some citizen have taken thier gun out and try to shoot u then LEOs are allowed to shoot without any demands ) After this guys knock me down he came over me and starts using some words that violates the GR 3.2 (you can conform this with hindhi or urdu admins ) basically he mention mother in the voice chat
