2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become a leader of BLOODS STREET GANG because When i born in city my first ORG is FAMILIES GANG during my time in gang i experience so many things like i build my communication and confident skills to next level i also make my Role Play skill to top level.
- I also have experience of Gang as a DEPUTY LEADER so i know how to do negotiation in RP situation, how to do proper RP in events also have a well background with my friends who can help me to run my ORG without any Warning so it will help me to do capitol attack and many other events.
- I also know all rules and tactics to run a ORG and as a welled player of this RP project i know how deal in any situation without getting nervousness like i saw when any curator ask for bodycam of any situation we done so many people afraid to give POV so in my situation i already experienced these type of things so now i am well prepared to be an leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Our Role Play system is already going well maintained because of our good admins decisions for example - when any gang break rule our admin quicky react to that situation.
- I just want to say that so many ORGs do Events just for formality.
- Another thing i experienced that so many Crime ORGs Start store robbery with 5 people and request leos to let us leave which is not good
- Not doing RolePlay properly during negotiation in events.
- And also so many ORGs just take Bodyshot of an event and just leave the event to post it in Event POVs.
These things which i explained are the things which i want to solve by becoming a leader and show activity so they will also know that if you dont try you will never achieve that thing in you anyone can run a ORGs with just attending a event with 5 people but when you got 10-15 people with you everyone will be afraid of you.
My Goals when become a Leader.
- 100% Turf
- Maximum bonus
- I will not do event for formality
- Hire not to much people but experienced and active
- Do ghetto robbing more
- Do Hostage situation if we dont have numbers
- Max graffiti profit per hour
- complete term without a warn
