2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
~I am having experience of being in gangs as Highcommand and i have also experience of being a Under Deputy in en2 of many gangs, and Now I'm enough confident to step up to take leadership here.
~I have been leading in unofficial fams in events as highcommand from the very beginning of my career in this server and this make me worthy of this position.
~Bloods was always one of the active and terrorist gang of the city and I want to Continue its legacy and make It to one more successful term.
~100% turf is a dream for every gang leader as well as mine I will try to do 100% and will make sure i am not having cheater in my team.
~I will make sure to maintain a good org balance.
~ In the end i would like to Lead the Bloods and end up with a successful term.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization?
~People who don't know rp rules always destroy experience of rp i will be hiring my gang members with interview only, and after that too i will be making HCs who can give them training to behave properly like gangster.
~Will organise more events and a good bonus system.
~I will get high experienced High Command for each events to be successful and no rule break in any scenarios.
~I will train the newbies who are new in the crime world.
~There will be no toxicity in my term.
4. My AIM
~ To capture maximium turfs.
~ To have 100% graffiti maximium time.
~ Making the most active gang in the city.
~ To End Term With 0 warns and 0 verbals.
~ Make the Ghetto most active area in the city.
~ To make Ghetto that deadly that LEOs can’t even think to enter it.
