Where is prove I m using personal vechicle and I was in green gang so I can also come in fz for loot

In the POV you can clearly see you were sitting in white colour car and I guess that car is Chiron that was a personal vehicle only. At 0:16 in video you can see and and 0:26 to 0:31 you can also see its personal vehicle only.

It doesn't matter if it was their FZ or not if they are acting as an gangster they need to be in gang car only not in their personal car.

Read ER 1.17 its not written driving, it is written even if you are using a personal vehicle it is forbidden and in POV you were using it. And using can be considered in that term as Driver/Passenger..
