2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.A) To Represent and Strengthen the National Guard:
I was in NG for the past 2 and half term. I observed the past 2 successful terms Pros & Cons. How they execute everything and delivered a perfect term which eventually gave me a better knowledge and understanding about NG. Since I first joined the city, the National Guard has always been close to me. Over time, I've noticed that the National Guard is often overlooked compared to other law enforcement groups, and I want to change that. As a leader, I aim to make the National Guard known as a disciplined, fast-acting, and dependable force that gains respect through actions, not just by words.
2.B) To Build a Skilled and United Team:
Throughout my time in the National Guard, I've learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and leadership. I will ensure every soldier from new recruits to higher rank members develops a strong understanding in making decisions and the mindset to work together as a strong organized team.
2.C) To Create Opportunities and Inspire Future Leaders:
Leadership isn't just about giving orders it's about helping others grow. help them learn the basics of our city, and give them a sense of purpose in the National Guard. My goal is to build a department where soldiers not only serve but also gain the skills and drive to take on leadership roles in the future.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
NG is not always about doing gate duty. If you ask any citizens, they will say NG is all about guarding the gates.
Yes, Gates are our one of the most important priority of NG ,but we don't need to guard the gates all day . Before gate hour we can host Patrols , IC Events like PR & Internal events.
Let all units know the proper chain of commands. There will be No favoritism They all will get what they deserve.
Establishing unity among the LEO organization i'e FIB, SAHP, LSPD with NG . This will help us to host Patrols, Air Scouts, Combat Training, Helping each others hosting events and so on
This also help us with our one of the most important things " AMMO RUN" with the help of them we can make sure that every Organization is ready with their Ammunition
The training of a newcomer should be divided into 2 part so it will be easier for them to understand the basics of city and law
Part 1 = Proper tour of Fort Zancudo , Gate hour timings and other
Part 2 = How to handle a trespasser, how to do the proper RP when you have a person in custody
The department will be further sub divided into Alpha and Beta and other team which will work together to accomplish the assigned work, thus increasing the rp level
Departments will be :
Airforce : Providing Scouting , Transport , Support
Human Resource : Provide Training , Help out the new commers give better understanding of city and law
Military Police : To uphold the integrity of the org. keeps eyes on the Internal matters, soldiers.
SASD: always ready to jump into the battle and support Leos with their shooting skills, quick planning and perfect execution
