Is Kamacho is not off-roading vehicle ?

As per Ishaan Smoke u can't drive like this (on green grass) even with kamacho (off-roading vehicle) check in my pov.

in EN3 no one follow server rules
in the morning people use sport car to find mushroom, strawberry and scrap for office task

in the daytime when landslide happen no one solve it and do non rp (UB) driving to cross landslide no admins watching,

when u report someone in contact admin section, some god always late and tell us to upload pov its not our job to do this we are her for RP life only.

in EN1 rules is very strict, when landslide happen every citizen help to solve it.
