I am standing there accidentally i pull out my gun and pulled it in after seeing the police officer. he started tazing me i ran and tried to Get away from him. he continuously did that and tazed me. I have to defend myself. thats why i have to kill him. RDM= Random Death match. i dont think i have done any RDM type thing.

You’re right, it should've been labeled as Killing in the City, since it occurred within city limits and without proper RP justification. RDM was just used as a more general term for easier understanding among most players. It's still a Warning regardless.

Killing in the City?? There's an RP going on with a Police and a Gang member!! police is chasing than do i have to see if i was in city or not. I am playing my role as a gangster and the Police. i have to defend myself. I am not in GZ also

Even the complaining person knows its not RDM thats why he didnt reported for it!

I pulled out my Gun the first time, if i would've killed him that would be RDM or whatever you are saying. But once is said stop and Pulled out his Tazer the RP situation started.
