2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 As i joined the city hopped through gangs Legal orgs and all but after working in Government and EMS for a Short time i joined NG it felt like home from that day NG Very close to my Heart. Now i think i have got the Confidence, Experience and the Skills i need to run a Perfect term of NG and be the General.

2.2 I have stayed in NG for 4 terms from starting as a Private to going to a Major General also taking roles of Lance Corporal, Sergeant, 2nd lieutenant, L.t Colonel, Major and Colonel.

2.3 I wanna make NG a mixture of both Old and New terms, like before getting promotions in NG was Quest on its own, and in the terms i was in NG was like a force of people where we did had some argument but we always solved it in profesional manner, and everybody had a say in the decision making for the betterment on the ORG.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

• showing more activity from NG to all events​

• ammo runs will be done daily to organization that require ammo without much delay​

• I would like to plan strategies with other orgs for all events to win all the events​

• Also, i will conduct training sessions to improve combat technique of National Guard​

• Activity is the main area i want to focus on.​

• Gates to be guarded during the required hours.
