(495367) failed RP with a gun pointed to them, I noticed they didn't have a gun out after many commands so i attempted to cuff them. They then decided to go into the car at the same time, and in doing so causing them to get into a bug situation. Went straight into OOC chat and threat to report me if i don't leave them alone ICLY when they are wanted by state and reckless driving.
