I accidentally punched him once and he punished me for randomly punching him I think this is the wrong decision. When I asked why in the manager chat, I got this reply ‘You punched me.’ Does this rule change depending on the admin and the players? this is ridiculous

You focus on the player and punch him. Got nothing to do with admin or not. He did give you normal punishment of 60min
