We were on regular patrol when we started chasing a red car that was violating the speed limit. The chase led us into a valley-like area accidentally between the highways, where we saw two players (147113, 187724) stopping and robbing a car, while the other two (123442, 183539) remained on the highway above.

• At timestamp 00:36, players (123442, 183539) opened fire on us without any engagement or demands, committing G.R. 6.15 and violating G.R. 6.16, since two of them were engaged with us while the other two were robbing the red car meaning the robbery setup and engagement were split, not as a single required group of 2 cars and 4 people sa per G.R. 6.16.
• At timestamp 01:15, players (123442, 183539) committed Car Ramming (CR) to stop us and at 01:26, they directly blocked our engine without any demands and started shooting us, further violating G.R. 6.15, Power Gaming (PG) and Power Abuse.
• Player (123442) was punished on the spot by the admin for PG after patching me while I was unconscious and stuck under the car. Despite that, they continued demanding that I “raise my hands” even though I was stuck in the vehicle another clear PG / Unrealistic Behavior (UB Demand).
• At timestamp 03:38, player (183539) is seen eating food while holding a revolver and wearing a mask, which is again PG.
• At timestamp 03:47, player (187724) did Mixing by saying “Ok Ok Go to Forum.”
• Additionally, player (187724) was not wearing pants, violating G.H. 1.7, which requires all gang members to wear both a top and pants in their gang’s color.

All involved players belong to the unofficial family “Maravillas”, which should be punished for mass rule breaks.

I have fixed the title but all the violations are also mentioned in the description in details who did which violation.

Nowhere in the Evidence, it can be seen or heard that you gave us pull over demands. in fact you guyz started shooting violating G.R. 6.15 before even we entered the scene. And after that you guyz clearly violated G.R. 6.16 as 2 people with 1 car was shooting and chasing us and other 2 people on car were robbing that Red Car.
