Video is less than 1 minutes, but clearly shows everything. And if it matters, I was going to surrender at the end when I saw the gun. A bit longer footage is available but is not much more, the whole scenario is that I was driving and they started ramming into me saying pull over and I tried to run away.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 188046 will receive a punishment for CR
(It is forbidden to ram other cars with your car.)
IDs 221654 & 198513 will be punished for GR 6.15
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone.)
However
ID 2191 will be punished for GR 6.16
(If there are 2 cars and 4 total players you must pull over when they order you to.)
