2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i want to be a leader because I want to make NG best. i believe a good leader is not only who just give commands and order but it is someone who helps others in all possible way, guide them properly and also listens to their ideas. i want be leader who motivates their all soldiers work with them so they can give their best every single day.
for me leadership is something about make a good relationship with the team. i want that everyone feels like they belong to NG and their contribution mean something to NG. i will create a positive environment where soldiers will happy to work together. no favoritism , no rude behaviors and not fight between colleagues everyone help each other and feel proud to stay active in national Guard.
national guards are something like you proud to be an national guard. so for that i will make sure to do regular events , patrols , training and everyone stay active. i have some leadership ability so i will use it to their to make the national guards more active and make sure that the National Guard is always represented in the best possible way.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
firstly , i will focus on Human Resources and Training department . since i have served as HRT head in several terms, and it is my most favorite department. so i have experience of managing people and also batter communication between members. i will personally share some ideas to them for good training sessions. my goal is to make each and every soldiers fully understands their job and know everything about national guards.
I am planning to introduce a law classis for all soldiers . so our both DA will teach them some important rules and regulation. it will improvs the Roleplay level in the organization. and also they can learn something new that they also didn't know.
Also i believe that national guard soldiers have more strength , discipline and ability. because the training of national guards are really high standards. To keep that standard high i will organize regular tactical training sessions with SASD. so soldiers trained for real combat and teamwork scenarios. i will also host some training camps at NG base with the Law Enforcement units so we can improve coordination and communication with other orgs also.
Lastly, i want to focus on the Air Force unit as well, which i noticed has been inactive in past few terms. i believe that this unit also plays a very important role in the National Guard. they can scout routes during ammo runs for any threats and also do regular scouting missions to stay alert for any possible FZ raids.
