1. Passion: I've always had a passion to serve people in need, so I plan to build a org that will help everyone in need. EMS should be an accepting and community of people who would not only be available when needed, but be willing to do whatever it takes to make our city a better place.
2. Community: I want people who join EMS to feel loved and accepted, so I strive to build a team of hard working people where the right people are in the right positions. I will also Strive to make it possible for EMS members to climb the ladder and get a high rank when they have earned it.
3. Safety: I want people to feel safe in the city knowing if they ever get hurt they can come down to PH or SH and get the proper medical attention they need.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
1. FTO/HR: I'd like to have a strong human resource team available when needed and will work hard on recruiting new people and growing the EMS community. I'd also like to have people train in a specific way having every main situation that could happen covered before letting our people on the streets, or on the front and backs of our hospitals.
2. Ranks: I don't want to make it impossible to rank up. I want to find people who can put in hard work and show dedication to the people. Those are the type of people i want in power, because they will help not only me but all the people of Los Santos
3. Shifts: I want to hire people from all types of times so our lobbies are covered when needed. I strive to help out with the night shift that needs tons of help when it comes to lobbies being covered.
