Timestamp 02:16 - Players (183539, 156366) committed RDM, violating G.R. 6.15.
Timestamp 02:16 - This is also the first time players (187724, 186419) with the third car appeared on the scene, after more than 2 minutes of the whole situation and gave the first pull-over demand. Before that, only 3 players (156366, 221032, 183539) in 2 cars were chasing and committing the above-mentioned violations, clearly violating G.R. 6.16.
