2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
I would like to be a leader of the National Guard as I have been serving for the military for an extended period of time. I have an immense amount of experience and I can bring National Guard to its previous heights. I want to bring back the old memories and make some new ones.
The second reason I want to become the general, is because there is a lack of team work between LEO organisations and NG needs to restore its old glory and be respected and listened to again. NG must get a chance to lead certain events where we have the expertise such events may include ones where aerial assault is necessary.
How I will do this, and improve NG image:
Weekly trainings will be hosted between NG and if other LEOs would like to co ordinate we will work together and ensure that trainings bring us together and not against each other. There is no room for disrespect no matter the reason.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
The high command members will be carefully selected and instructed to treat their lower-ranking colleagues with respect. They will be experienced and well-prepared to manage the base when necessary and support lower-ranking or new members to ensure they perform their duties properly.
I am a hands-on leader who believes that leadership does not exempt you from work; rather, it should motivate you to set an example. My extensive experience will allow me to support departments that need assistance. I will ensure that no high command member is inactive and that all continue to fulfill their responsibilities diligently even after attaining high command positions
The Air Force, in particular, will develop further under my leadership. Considering my previous time as Air Force Curator in the National Guard, I intend to build a stronger and more disciplined Air Force unit. This will come through increased hard work and training.
I will monitor each department's training programs weekly with the department's senior commanding officer. With the schedules and documents created through these programs, we will see a stronger National Guard where training is always at the forefront.
Human Resources - For recruiting and training purposes
Special Air and Sea Division - Will do all combat based operations, attend all globals and events
Air Force - For scouting missions, transport etc
Military Police - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.
