Rejected Warn for PG|Alex Tek

Dear Administrator!

I got punished for CR + PG. I approve with the CR cose I rammed his car so many times. When I managed to stop him with my vehicle i shocked him out. I fell to the ground and after that he grabbed a gun, in the pov there is not visual when he grabbed a gun, only in his pov you able to see there is a gun in his hand. When I cuffed him there is nothing in his hand. I just cuffed him becose i coulnd saw the gun(Nobody saw it becose he was shocked and he didnt grabbed it only he just press the muzzel and wating for the interaction). So I didnt do any kind of PG, its just a regular situation. At 3:23 he is on the ground and this is the point when he greabbed his gun. At 3:25 i cuufed him and this is the frist point when i saw the gun, so I didnt know he has a gun in his hand cose the in not visual for me and him also not(check it in the pov).

Please check this situation again and try to do your best.
