Life Story:
Rich Cassano was born in Los Santos. His mother and father broke up early, in Richh's childhood. The judge decided that Richh had to stay with his father. After the divorce Richh's father became a drunkard so he was no longer paying attention to Richh. His father always spent money on alcohol, drugs and women. As nobody was looking after Richh, he was in the hood with his friends for the most time. He grew up with criminals and bloody killers, so what else fortune was Richh able to have? He grew up as criminal too. He got sentenced to jail for 7 years because he killed a snitch of the hood.
Career Story:
After some time, Richh made many friends and discovered that SANG was recruiting. Wanting to make more money without selling, he decided to apply. Since his friends were part of SANG, he also wanted to join a legal organization like them. Richh quickly turned his life around, becoming a good person and completing hard work efficiently. Grateful for his new friends and lifestyle, he wanted to give back and continue being kind. However, his past habits still haunted him, tempting him to return to his old ways, even as he tried to stay on the right path and move forward.
Outcomes:
1. Richh can take money (max 100k) and illegal items (Guns, Ammo, vests, drugs, etc.) as a bribe to let someone go but he cannot take bribe to be hostage
2. Richh can use truth serum to get people to tell the truth. (Using /try max of 2 times each person per situation)
3. Richh carries the duck tape with him and uses it on 10-15 if they refuse to pay and take them to doc (using the /try command twice per situation).
4. Richh could ask that criminals hand over their weapons or illegal items, which he could keep for personal use or sell on the black market (except for those belonging to the organization).
5. Richh could lie and manipulate the law to confuse the police and get his friends or family out of trouble. He may lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and proceed without calling a lawyer and without giving them their Miranda rights.
6. Richh can destroy or obliterate anyone's body camera if he wishes to save himself. (by using /try to find the bodycam max twice per situation, and then /do to destroy it.)
7. Richh can enter a ghetto and engage in illegal activities with himself, friends or his family. (fights with police are prohibited and OFF duty only. and must follow GR 6.16, GH 1.8)
8. Richh can sell sensitive information to criminals to get bribe (max 100k and no meta gaming.)
9. Richh can refuse to show his ID to anyone, escape from prison, and obtain a dark web contract to save others.
