2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?"
• I want to become a leader because since the beginning i always enjoyed more the crinimal side other than State, the way u can rob people, do certain events and also turfs it just caught my attention and i sticked to it since beginning and ill try my best to make it the most active gang.
• I also got goals which i want to achieve such as having the most active gang, succesful gang raids and robberies and in general people around me that will stick with me until the end, also i want to have the whole ghetto painted in our colors and have a dedicated spray team.
• Also i want to keep the gangs friendly, which sometimes can be hard because of certain differences that always happen, make sure the requirements are all done in time and i want to keep it as clean as possible which is always better.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• Getting the gangs together and doing events with each otherr, we are stronger against the state in events like SUBS
• Rewarding members for their valuable time spent in the gang and also their dedication and loyalty
Removing favoritism and doing the system so everyone gets what they deserve, nobody will be under appreciated in my gang
• As i mentioned above, to have the whole ghetto painted green and also having a stable grafitti team and a proper lead whos gonna lead them in it.
• Have people around me that can do the work when im not there
• Doing as many events as possible to keep members involved with as much RP as possible
