-To Restore Professionalism and Discipline in EMS:I have served as Chief of Staff in Ems and held positions in High Command in legal org, like LSPD, SAHP, FIB and Ng . We All Know how important EMS is to the city. Yet, I’ve seen problems such as lack of Employee, lack of discipline, favoritism, and. My aim is to create a structured, respected, and professional department that citizens can rely on 24/7.
-To Improve Activity and Fairness in Promotions :With my leadership, activity and performance will matter for promotions. I will Make weekly activity reports, division-specific tasks, and special bonuses for people covering Ph , Sh and Gs Calls at night. Each division PH, SH, and GS will have equal responsibilities, ensuring equal focus on all areas. No favoritism, just fair acknowledgment for hard work.
-To Make EMS a Engaging Organization :EMS is essential to the city’s emergency response. I want to keep it active, disciplined, and engaging. By working closely with the FTO , I will create Division challenges to keep members motivated and skilled. We will reward top performers and promote healthy competition, professionalism, and unity within the team.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
-Structured Training Program: Strengthen the FTO Department to teach new recruits realistic medical RP, effective communication, and EMS procedures from the beginning.
-Shift-Based Scheduling: Bring in members from different time zones to ensure Lobbies are covered 24/7
-Reward & Motivation System: weekly bonuses, shift rewards, and an Employee Of the week for outstanding performance and professionalism.
-Professional Medical RP: Every medical case will follow proper RP standards using correct Voice commands and /me or /do commands to create realistic and immersive scenes.
-Operational Coordination with Legal Orgs: Ensure strong cooperation with other legal organizations during citywide events, making sure EMS always represents professionalism, respect, and quick response.
