I’m writing to appeal a punishment I received at the beach market for VDM. The punishment was issued by Mike Tank at around 17:15. I was simply sitting on my bike and not engaging in any form of VDM. Shortly after stepping off my bike, I was punished without any clear reason or warning.
I would like to request any available bodycam footage or logs that show evidence of the alleged VDM. Unfortunately, I was not recording at the time, so I do not have my own footage to provide. However, as I understand it, admins are required to have full bodycam evidence of the situation before issuing punishments, and I would appreciate the chance to review any evidence related to this case.
