2. Why do I want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to lead the Los Santos Vagos because I believe this gang has one of the strongest identities and histories in Los Santos. The Vagos represent loyalty, and respect values that I personally stand for. My goal is to bring the gang back to her old prime I am convinced that I am the right leader for this team because I take responsibility, set clear goals and at the same time respond to the needs of those around me. As a leader, it's not just about making decisions, but above all about motivating, supporting and leading the team to success together. I have organizational talent, strong communication skills and empathy. I listen, involve everyone and promote open and respectful collaboration. My goal is not just to distribute tasks, but to create a real sense of community in which every vote counts. I am also resilient and solution-oriented. Even in stressful situations, I keep a cool head and work with the team to find the best way. I am willing to invest time and energy so that we can achieve our goals together efficiently, fairly and with fun.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the Rp level in the organization is that I will also invest my time in teaching the new people about the gang which most of the leaders doesn’t do as most of the players doesn’t know the ghetto rules and make sure that no one breaks the Rules. i want to lead the vagos with fairness no friend get over other members i tread all with the same respect
I have enough experience to lead Gangs
my only rank in the gang was always under deputy or turfer
so i have many experience to lead a gang
