- East Side Ballas
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to become the Leader of Ballas because it was the first gang I joined when I came to Los Santos. Over time, I’ve learned the rules, gained experience through many situations, and now have the mindset and leadership skills to bring Ballas back to power as one of the strongest and most respected gangs in the ghetto.
- I also served as the Deputy of Vagos and led a good term with them. I have good experience with gangs, as I joined one right after flying into the city. I built good relations with many people, and they know me in a positive way. But now, as I see Ballas losing its position and power by getting clapped in every situation by LEOs, it’s time to show them the true power of Ballas.
- I want leadership because I am not a toxic person, and everyone knows me for my good manners and respectful behavior. I’ve spent great times with many people, and even gang leaders have told me that I’m a calm, patient, and loyal member. I’ve never denied any request from my higher-ups, and I’ve learned all the rules properly. Now, I’m in a position where I can confidently take the term and lead effectively.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will bring a high level of discipline to the organization. Anyone who breaks the rules will first face punishment from the admins and then from me as leader. I will not tolerate players who don’t understand RP and only cause trouble. If someone is ashamed of their actions, I will explain how it can be avoided.
- I will make sure that no one is toxic during my term, as I strongly dislike toxicity. I am a calm person, and I want to maintain a positive and respectful environment in the organization.
- I will add good bonuses to keep everyone engaged in RP and make the term highly active. My goal is to bring back the true spirit of the Ballas, so they once again earn the name of real gangsters in the ghetto and in the minds of every legal organization.
- I will hire High commands and Deputies with a meeting with them and take a short Interview as not Rules breaks will be done. I am sure that i will leave my leadership with no warn as the term end.
- Everyone will remember that a leader named Tom Unstoppable came. A time when Leos were scared to even take his name or attend events where Ballas participated. They hesitated to raid Ballas even when they had evidence. I will also maintain a strong and positive relationship with the curators to ensure smooth coordination and support for the organization.
