Commitment to Discipline and Structure:
The National Guard represents order, loyalty, and professionalism — values that I strongly identify with. I’ve always admired the discipline and coordination within SANG, and I want to lead by example, maintaining a standard where every member feels proud to wear the uniform.
Experience and Leadership Skills:
Through my time in other organizations and past RP experiences, I’ve learned how to manage teams, organize operations, and maintain strong communication. I believe I can use that experience to build a reliable command structure, motivate members, and create an environment that feels both serious and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Improving the SANG’s Presence in the City:
I want to make the National Guard more active and respected in the city’s daily RP. This means more training drills, public patrols, and cooperation with other state organizations. My goal is to make SANG not only a defense force but also a visible pillar of authority and professionalism in San Andreas.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
To raise the RP quality within SANG, I’d focus on training, communication, and structure.
• Training: Regular RP-based trainings that go beyond just combat — including discipline drills, emergency procedures, and realistic responses to situations (like checkpoints, riots, or military operations).
• Communication: Encouraging members to use proper radio codes, chain of command, and in-character behavior at all times.
• Structure: Setting up clear ranks, responsibilities, and promotion systems that reward activity and good RP rather than just time served.
Additionally, I’d create internal RP events such as base inspections, convoy missions, and joint operations with LSPD or FIB to keep members engaged and improve teamwork across the server.
My goal as a leader would be to make SANG one of the most respected and professional organizations in the city when needed, but still enjoyable for players who want to grow and enjoy RP.
