Life Story:
William Carterr was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, where his family background was was very good, he was too rich. At time time he used to spend all money and have a very good life. His father was had a good job in Jalandhar, Punjab and his mother was not well educated. William had his personal car with driver, his personal and luxury house where he used to play games and have a good life. Suddenly one day while returning from his friends house, he saw that his father's condition is not good. He at the same time took his father to hospital and that hospital was one of the best hospital in the whole city. Doctors informed him that his father is no more and dead due to heart attack. He was feeling very bad that his father was such a good person. At that time William was only 9 years old and he was still in school and was in 5th standard. At that time his mother sold the house and cars because there was no earning source left for now.
After some days gone, His mother started working as a maid in house of rich people, this was just for William as his mother was him to become an educated person like his father. William was also very intelligent at studying. Time passed and William got passed out from the school. Now he got admission in college. After getting a degree from college he started looking for a job that will help him out to earn money so that his mother would stop working now.
He joined government as trainee and then slowly slowly after completing his training he became and DOC officer. where he used to work and earn money.
Career Story:
William Carterr joined government as Doc officer. He worked there for few moths to earn money and respect. At that time he was very good and respectful person just like his father. After sometime he started looking for new jobs as he wanted some more salary and new experience then he joined SAHP as a trainee and gain very much experience in organization. He was loving to do that job as police officer. At the starting he didn't liked the criminals so he wanted to arrest more and more criminals. He was very good working person and love that job. But at that time his mother's health condition was not good, it was getting worse,. One day when he was on the duty, he suddenly got a call from neighbours saying his mother is not well, immediately he went to his home took his mother and goes to hospital. doctors say his mother have 50% chance to survive which will be decided after an operation of her kidney. He agreed to it. But that moment was worst for him. Doctors asked so much money for that operation that he didn't expect. But he still said doctors that he will manage to get money.
But he didn't have so much money as his savings were not much.. Then he decided that he will become corrupt and earn money by taking bribes from criminals and gang members while on duty. The operation was started and doctors said it will take 5-6 hours. That time he go to headquaters of SAHP and got on duty and somehow managed to get money by taking bribes and not arresting criminals. He returned to hospital after managing money. But doctors declared he mother dead as it was not successful operation. He felt very bad and cried too much.
But he became corrupt and took bribes and also shared secret information of sahp to gangs in exchange of money as bribe. He started his journey of being corrupt and he was also much addicted to drugs and cocaine that he consumes it very much. He took bribes from criminals in his back pocket so that no one should see him doing corruption. He never got caught. And one day by doing corruption and earning money he became millionaire. He have his big house and also a lot cars. No one catches him red handed because his did everything secretly.
Outcomes:
1- William can take bribes up to 100k or weapons/ammos/illegal items equivalent to it.
2- William can attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found he can break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3- William can do criminal activities. For example, Ghetto clap, he can buy or sell illegal items in black market or buy from citizens, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. (no ORG gears included)
4- William can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (with sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
5- William can torture, cuff the other LEO's for helping his friends or family members in saving them and can also destroy their bodycam after finding it (using the /try command twice per situation) and if found he can break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
6- William can help the prisoners escape in exchange of money ( USB Virus he can sell them and Darknet task Once per Day )
7- William can lie to suspects calling lawyer and can process them without identifying his ID himself to Suspect(10-15) or to lawyer as well.
8- William can break IC Laws & Rules. ( No OOC Rules will be Broken )
