2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
2.1. Ive spent most of my time serving in illegal organisations. Ive been deputy many times but never been a leader. Being the deputy Ive seen many flaws in the leaders and them being scared in running the organisation I want to change that as I have experience vast experience in leading a gang and now I think I should take the leadership of a gang as im fully prepared for it.
2.2. Ive seen leos super active and strong and I want to change that, ill make sure that all of my gang members come and help me with the events and help me in killing of the leos. I want to take the RP experience of a gang to the next level. I am planning to do all gang events like Battleship, Fort Zancudo, clandestine and I'll make sure that we participate in all these types of gang events. I will try my best to make all events fun and with serious RP.
2.3. I havent seen gangs doing 100% turf because they get warning and verbals ill make sure that nothing stops me from doing events and turfs, I will make sure that everyone fears Marabunta and I will make sure to hire good and experience people rather than inviting every single person to the gang as I have a deep belief in quality over quantity, I will also make sure that we have all the grafities at all time to showcase my terror.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make sure that I have a deputy in city all the time monitoring everything. I will create bonuses for every event so that the people in my gang can stay motivated and do their job correctly, I will make sure that no one breaks any rule for which I will create a strike system and after 2 strikes I will kick that gang member. I will give promotions to people who deserve it. And If my deputies fail to do their job ill give chances to the other gang members so that I can run the gang easily even if im not present.
