I am writing to formally request the lifting of the ban imposed on my account under rule ER 1.7 (Failure to provide sufficient/full evidence).
First and foremost, I wish to sincerely apologize for the mistake I made, which was forgetting to record the full video of the incident or the moments leading up to the report. I remembered at the very last moment and tried to salvage the situation by recording the 30 seconds of evidence I had available, fully aware that it might not be sufficient under the rule. This error was due to personal negligence, not an attempt to conceal anything.
I take full responsibility for this oversight and completely understand the Administration's decision to issue the ban.
To prove my good faith and commitment to the server rules:
* I pledge to strictly adhere to the video recording rules in the future and ensure complete evidence is provided in every report.
* I declare my absolute readiness to undergo any procedure the Administration deems necessary to verify my integrity, including a PC Check (Personal Computer Examination) if required, or any other account review.
* I assure the Administration that the message I wrote on the forum or any previous/subsequent behavior does not involve any illegal action or severe violation of the game/server rules. I am committed to a clean and fair gameplay experience.
