I was in my fam house then while going out suddenly fam car getting stolen notification poped up and saw my fam member dead outside and player 463689 stealing our fam car while holding shotgun in his hand. Its clearly visible at timestamp 0:14 or 0:16. Please punish this guy for Power gaming.
