Dear Yashwanth, I was away from game for quite a time due to some personal reasons and Today when i came back my account was given a perma ban for GR 1.1. The account 124912 aka Van Corvin is solely my property and wasn't shared with anyone and if you have detected any IP address change, it might be because of breakdown of my previous device I had to buy a new device. I would like to consider my situation and I am ready of PC checks also. I am also ready to share my RP Proofs if needed

I agree for a money wipe, but can I know the reason that why it is a correct punishment. I want to know so that I dont repeat it again.
