I am sitting inside my car near the hospital, all of a sudden two officers starts giving me demands to step out of the vehicle. Just so you know, I do not have any stars on me and no one is looking for me. I did not commit any crime. I comply with them, and came out of the vehicle.

Officer 214201 cuffs me and then finds my identification, without even giving me chance to show my passport as you can see I was following their orders.

Later, Officer 155398 searches me for illegal items without any IC reason.

As soon as you cuffed me, you failed to mention that because of an on-going atm robbery you detained me. The only thing that you told me that, I am cuffing you and I am searching your back pocket for your personal information. Although, I kept asking officer what are you doing and you completely ignored me.

I can see that you are totally new, wonder how you got hired in the first place.
