Dear Higher-Ups,

I would like to bring to your attention multiple rule violations committed by members of SAHP during a recent incident. Please review the details below:

1. First Rule Break – (SR 2.6) (Time Stamp : 00:48)
According to SR 2.6, no state organization, including SAHP, is permitted to obstruct or interfere with a government inspection. In the provided POV, SAHP officers were seen preventing a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) inspection authorized by the Government, which constitutes a direct breach of SR 2.6.

2. Second Rule Break (SR 1.8) – (Evidence Code 1.10.2) (Time Stamp : 00:20)
As per Evidence Code 1.10.2, the classification of evidence must not restrict access to authorized government officials. The clause explicitly states that evidence cannot be classified in a way that excludes:

The Governor,

The Attorney General,

Supreme Court Judges presiding over related cases,

Leaders of State Organizations or Heads of Government Departments (e.g., the Head of Homeland Security).

This confirms that the Head of Homeland Security has full authority to conduct such inspections — not necessarily the Minister. Therefore, SAHP’s refusal to cooperate represents a violation of this provision.

3. Third Rule Break – (CL) (Time Stamp : 2:42)
During a critical situation, ID 48621 deliberately he Did a code A

Given the above evidence and rule references, I request that appropriate disciplinary action be taken against the SAHP personnel involved. Their actions directly undermined lawful authority and the operational integrity of a government inspection.

Thank you for Reviewing

Its an IC situation where the minister is not present during and Inspection and Government entered without any department , a DHS minister is required to do an Inspection , according to civil code

15.2.2. The Minister of Homeland Security. The Minister of Homeland Security is a Governor’s delegate whose principal functions are to execute supervision, to coordinate and to reconcile the collaboration of all law enforcement agencies (FIB, LSPD, SAHP, USSS and IRS) as well as ensure compliance with the law by the state organisations by conducting unannounced inspections.

but currently we dont have any DHS minister ICly and you guys are doing inspections and btw you are a Deputy Governor and you dont even know that a Deputy Governor can also do an State Inspection with approval of Governor . xd
