To Restore the Authority and Credibility of FIB
The Federal Investigation Bureau is, in my opinion, the city's most potent and authoritative law enforcement agency. "FIB is coming" used to be able to evoke a sense of authority and dread. Over time, that reputation has faded, and I want to bring it back. My goal is for FIB to regain its power, dependability, and discipline so that it can once more be a dominant and authoritative force.
Love for the Special Role and Potential of FIB
Because of its distinctiveness and capacity to get engaged in specialized scenarios like covert operations, raids on illegal markets, and gang busts, the FIB is one of my favorite agencies in the city. Because of these chances, the FIB is more than just a police organization; it is a dynamic force that requires expertise, planning, and imagination. Being a leader at FIB would allow me to combine my passion for the company with my leadership expertise to create a new, effective, and exciting term for all of its members.
To safeguard the city as a whole, state agencies must cooperate. Additionally, the FIB's SAU, Spec Ops, and Undercover sections will collaborate as a team, as is the case with other agencies, and we will do everything in our power to safeguard the city. My main goal is to expand the city's LEO activity, which will be possible if we work together.
Internally, I will focus on creating realistic roleplay as well as keeping the organization fun. There are clearance levels that are put in place in FIB which are CSC, SSC, TSSC, and TSSCI these will be used to protect classified information and to establish a clear chain of command in my term. This would mean that TSSCI and TSSC would get briefings on gang raids and special missions we do. I want to use these clearance levels in a way that will benefit the organization instead of just them having no use.
3. Your suggestions for enhancing the RolePlay level within the organization
3. 1) Above all, the city's RP scenarios need to be improved. You can't just shoot at anything you want and the issues will go away; instead, you need to do it in a realistic manner so that people who want to enjoy role-playing will enjoy it. I'll do everything in my power to prevent those who enjoy ruining RP scenarios for other people.
3. 2) I'll try my hardest to maintain ties with other organizations in the state because they are crucial to really working together, trusting each other's conduct in any situation, and supporting one another whenever possible.
3. 3) I won't allow favoritism to sabotage this next potential FIB term, so I won't promote someone without experience to HC but will instead give them the rank or experience they deserve. However, if I receive any reports of FAVORITISM in FIB, I will take immediate action to address it.

The most crucial and fundamental function of the FIB is to collect intelligence that the agency uses and disseminates in order to carry out critical missions against criminal organizations that terrify the city. In order to gather evidence and deal with the criminals as much as possible, the FIB needs an active and excellent undercover team.
HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING ( HR-T )
Every State Organization should have a strong HR-T team since it is essential for hiring new employees and keeping up with the latest information for new agents. Without it, the organization would fail.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS ( IA )
The department that has to continuously monitor and make sure that everyone in the organization is acting professionally and adhering to all rules. Above all, the purpose of BG checks and trunk searches is to make sure that there are no criminals operating the organization.
