1. Host regular gang meetings, street takeovers, recruitment drives, or family cookouts to bring members together and encourage everyone to stay in character.
2. Rule violations will not be tolerated under any circumstances
3. All ranks will be controlled individually by the Leader and Deputies and discipline will always be the first rule
4. All ranks below Deputy, Under Deputy will be selected based on their activity and promised benefits All ranks up to Under Deputy will be demoted if not active
5. Everyone will have to treat each other with respect, there will be no concept that he is my friend and I am intimate with him.
6. Bonuses will be given on time and ammunition needs will be met. At the end of each event, bonuses will be distributed collectively. There will be no discrimination whatsoever in this regard.
