2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

-->First and foremost, I want to be the leader of the Marabunta Grande because it is an old gang from the beginning of the Grand Theft Auto universe, and people tend to go for it because of its popularity but now i wanna make it more active and stronger, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.

-->Second, by understanding both the viewpoints of a Leo attending a robbery or other event and that of a gang member, I am able to make my events "maximum" in terms of success rate because I will essentially know what the next course of action is for Leos.

-->Third, I believe I can easily manage the responsibility of organization because I have excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. I also have excellent previous experience in both state and crime at various commanding ranks.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Marabunta Grande the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

2.1 Being honest here at the start of my RP life I was not that interested in gangs as my imagination about gang was not up to the standard of RP but when I joined different gangs and played a pivotal role in gangs, I got to know that there is ample amount of RP exists in gangs as well just you have to explore that . RP can only be done when We/I as leader shows the gang . I have been in different gangs as deputy and I know very well how to increase activity and standard of RP in gangs . Marabunta was my third gang in city in Thomas Bigfist's term. Also Marabunta is the only gang whose applications are open . ​

2.2 I had been leader of 3 different state org's so I know how to lead term, Ofcourse one of them ( GOV ) was disbanded when i was about to complete 2 terms 3 days before which was a back point but still being leader of 3 different state org's . I am now capable to lead an org . ​

2.3 I've had given 2 different gang interview which I failed previously as I at some point lacked Crime experience as I was a State side personality\ but gained knowledge from them . Being leader of 3 different organization and gaining more experience of Crime side, I am now all set to lead Marabunta . ​

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Making sure their so no messesd up hiring . Will be giving this access to specific rank so that only they can hire ( not like state org ) but still not messed , Highcommands will be compassionate and calm , who can handle different situations easily ​

3.2 As per my experience gang's doesn't focus that much towards events like SUBS, Encashments and Vehicle theft . I will make sure equal attention to be given to all the events in my term. ​

3.3 Making sure that my units have max numbers in events and their is no provocative disputes rising inter or intra organization , No toxicity within the organization . Will make them learn how to do proper RP from a gang member's Perspective . ​

(1)I want to become specific leader of this gang because at start of my journey I have learned and understood everything from gangs every gang gaved me a new experience and journey but marabunta grande is very close to my heart because it was my first gang.
(2)I have been deputy and under deputy in every gang so I know how to manage a proper gang and more important to lead a gang and show the city what I and my gang is capable of.
(3) I have noticed and seen the fear of gangs are decreasing day by day and leos are increasing which makes the ghetto empty most of the time and fear of gangs are finished so if I became the leader I will make my term most active and bring the fear of gangs back in the time .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
(1) I will see to that there should be deputies for work not just for rank so that the events can be managed properly without any rule break and everything goes smooth and also ensure that the deputies are well known about the gangs and illegal orgs by taking there proper interview.
(2) I will also see to it there is no such favouritism so that every guy could get the rank according to their knowledge and turfing skills .
(3) I will also plant solar and cannabis seed in the hq so that gang members could get a good bonus after every event and our economy could grow stronger .
(4) We will take every member in gang by taking their proper interview so that the term could go very well without getting any warning or strike .
