2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> I joined Grand-RP and i always wanted to become a leader like lead the gang and want to know how gangs things work so i joined all gangs in the city and gain experience and atlast i got the deputy in the bloods and till now im the most active deputy in the gang. So, as a deputy i learned and gain more skills such as negotiating with the Leos and leading gang members during FZ raid. As you know that leading these kind of events is not easy you have to be good in communication and each everything. I will lead Marabunta grande with my full dedication. So, yeah i think im ready to lead Marabunta grande.
--> So, my plans are clear, if i got the term i will try my best to make Marabunta Grande on top of the city. I also have a good family support so, i can bring all of my family members in the organization. I will choose good deputies which can manage or lead events in my absence. I will hire 2 day deputies and 2 night deputies, so if anyone need help in gang anytime. My deputies will be available always.
--> So, lets talk about what impact i will made on the city after getting leadership. I will make Marabunta Grande a great terrorist organization. My focus will be on building discipline and teamwork so in that the organization will not be dead. I will bring back old Marabunta reputation like stay active 24/7 and join every events or extra activity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
--> From my experience in multiple gangs i noticed one common issue The invite system Many players invited without being asked basic RP questions. As a leader, i will make sure every recruit passes a short RP questions test.
--> I also seen many gangs disband because of unnecessary targeting and toxicity. I will make sure Marabunta stay non-toxic, make alliances with other gangs and maintains a strong bond.
--> Lastly, I plan a good bonus system to motivate players who perform well in events and show dedication. This will make everyone active and excited to participate in joining events.
