Officer called me a racial term and threatens to arrest me on site with no cause. See spot :0:58 and what till 2:22. He paid other officer to report me to gov site after my internet dropped. I was punished twice for same offence. Now serving 3 hours (2 in Demorgan and 1 for leaving while under arrest due to internet dropping).
