Speed Eagle was born in Kathmandu Nepal and grew up in a quiet but struggling family From a young age he learned to stay calm and think before acting no matter how bad things got After finishing schoole and moved to San Andreas to start a new life and find better opportunities
He worked small jobs driving guarding, fixing cars before joining the Police Academy His calm nature and quick reactions made him stand out from others After graduation he joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol
Over the years Speed saw how the system really worked Rules didn’t always mean justice and trust could be dangerous He learned to move smart, stay quiet and handle things his own way Now he works both sides of the law always calm but never fully trusting anyone

Speed began his career chasing reckless drivers and dealing with tough criminals His ability to stay calm in chaos earned him respect from both officers and criminals. Later he got involved in bigger cases and secret missions where his patience and silence helped him survive
As time passed he stopped believing everything was black and white He started making his own choices sometimes by the book, sometimes not He still wears the badge but he decides who really deserves justice
