2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i). I want to be the leader of this organization because I want to maintain its legacy and keep Families the best gang in the city. I know that last few terms of Families not went good and i want to change that. And I want to continue its dominance in ghetto. I want to maintain its legacy and want to make the gang win turf season in my leadership. I will try to make Families the season 14 turf champions.
(ii). Secondly, I want to make gang system good in this way that every deserving guy get good rank and will make good bonus system so the guys who performing good should get good rewards for their good activity and I will make sure no favoritism and no toxicity happen inside my gang and not with other gangs and orgs.
(iii). Lastly, I will hire good deputies that have good knowledge of rules and make gang active in day and night time so the gang does not become inactive. Under my leadership I want to create a strong crew that help every new comer in gang. And teach them the gang rules. And maintain the good environment in the gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will try to hire all time deputies that make sure the gang stay active every time and does not become inactive.
- My advice for improving the RolePlay is that under my leadership I want to make the gang stay active and to participate in 24/7 store and gun store robbery everyday.
- I will make sure that I complete term without any rule break and without any warning.
- I will try to get 100% turf done and full control of ghetto.
- I will try to make bonus system good so that every deserving player should get good money and motivates him to do more good work
-I will make good rank system for people so that active guys get good ranks that motivate them to do more good activity.
- I will try to get 80% or 100% graffiti done for passive income.
- I will make my crew so strong that if any raid of Leo's happen they defend it and they win any fight against Leo's and other gangs.
- I will try to make good relation with other gangs. And respect other gangs.
- I will try no favoritism and no toxicity happen inside organization and not with organization.
-I Also have good experience in crime side that will help me do more good in this term.
