2.1 Effective Leadership Skills: Great leaders have highly developed communication, fairness, and organizational skills. If we exhibit these characteristics, we can motivate and direct our team towards success.
2.2 Strategic Thinking: As a leader, we must utilize strategic thinking and make plans for what the gang will do. Strategic thinking means knowing when to fight, making good alliances, and knowing how to deal with any situation well. Making good decisions will keep the gang moving forward and retain the most activity in the city.
2.3 The National Guard: The National Guard stands as the backbone of the community—protecting our base, supporting law enforcement, and assisting partner organizations. We maintain a strong presence across Blaine County, patrolling its streets and responding to missions alongside the FIB to combat criminal threats and uphold public safety. Our Special Forces Command remains ever-ready to respond to any situation, ensuring the security, stability, and unity of the community we proudly serve.

3.2: Make the NG Most active.
3.3: Hire most professional Hcs to lead the departments.
3.4: No Toxicity, Racism & Favouritism.
3.5: To make sure everyones doing their best to increase the rp level in NG.
