2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) I've lived two very different lives in this city. On one side, I got deeply involved with different gangs while i was undercover, learning how they work from the inside. On the other side , I climbed the ranks in the legal system, gaining experience with FIB/LSPD/SAHP. After gaining all that experience, I believe I am capable of becoming the director of the FIB.
ii) I believe FIB plays a crucial role in keeping our city safe and maintaining peace. It is the organization that works tirelessly to protect everyone and ensure our streets remain secure and free of crime. If I were to lead the FIB as its Director, I would dedicate myself to strengthening our force and working closely with my agents and deputy directors to make our city the safest city in los santos .
iii) I will make sure to attend all store robberies, gun store rob , and hostage situations myself. I’ll build a strong CID team that will focus on collecting evidence and carrying out raids on gangs and black markets. Together with my agents and deputies, we’ll work hard to keep the city safe and take down crime from every angle.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
i) Meeting on regular basis of all legal orgs like SAHP, LSPD, and NG will be held every few days to talk about spec ops and coordination, especially between the spec ops departments. These sessions will focus on planning responses in areas that criminals usually target, helping everyone stay ready and follow the High Command’s plan of action more effectively. Along with that, all units will conduct joint ghetto patrols to ensure the ghetto stays safe and crime free while building stronger cooperation and understanding between the orgs.
ii) I’ll appoint capable HCs with strong leadership and communication skills across all departments. They’ll know event rules and timings inside out, and agents will be trained to handle situations calmly and efficiently, minimizing admin involvement.
iii) To motivate every fib employee , I’ll introduce good bonuses for FIB employees. Together, through teamwork and dedication, we’ll make FIB stronger than ever and ensure it stays at the top.
