I want to lead the FIB because I enjoy structured team-based RP and would love to contribute to making the organization one of the most respected in the city. I've gained experience in law enforcement, and I know how to manage people, handle stressful situations, and run things smoothly. My main goal is to build a professional, active, disciplined team where everyone knows their place and is proud to represent the Bureau.

To improve RP within the FIB, I'd concentrate on realistic and scenario-based training in interrogations, investigations, and undercover work, among others. I'd ensure every member understands proper communication, chain of command, and how to handle various situations that may arise in the course of RP professionally. I encourage teamwork with other legal organizations and give due recognition to agents who demonstrate consistency in good RP and leadership qualities. Keeping the environment professional but enjoyable is the best way to maintain high standards and strong morale.
