Vee was born in Sandy Shores where struggle was a daily routine Growing up in a low class life surrounded by crime and chaos Vee learned early that the world doesnt play fair Friends were hustlers neighbors were survivors and the line between right and wrong was always blurred.
Vee’s parents walked away lost in their own dark paths leaving behind a silence that burned deeper than words They never understood Vee and maybe Vee never understood them Left alone broken but breathing Vee found a way to survive selling buying running whatever it took to eat to livee to stay one step ahead It wasn’t the life Vee wanted but it was the only one that made sense.
In the end Sandy Shores didn’t raise a hero it raised a survivor.
For ten years Vee paid the SAHP monthly, keeping the peace in his own way But one day three unmarked FIB cars arrived. Vee was taken cuffed and sentenced ten years behind bars.
Career Story:
After eight years Vee was released early for good behavior and decided to start fresh, He joined the Los Santos Police Department driven by a belief in justice order, and the idea that every person still carried some goodness inside.
But soon cracks appeared Officers whispered behind closed doors reports didn’t match crime scenes and known criminals walked free without consequence. The same corruption he’d once run from now wore a badge.
Vee’s darker instincts resurfaced. He reached out to the Federal Investigation Bureau feeding them information from within the department His intel was precise and effective Impressed the FIB offered him a Badge.
A year later Vee traded one badge for another this time one cloaked in power and secrecy.
Corrupted Heartless Unassailable
Outcomes:
1. Vee can arrest someone for fake charges ( only pda charges in penal code ) if he dislikes them or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe)
2. Vee can destroy bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try 2 times per situation) and /do Commands.
3. Vee can accept bribes of up to (100K and firearms/ammunition/illicit items [Max 100K) as bribe.
4. Vee can do criminal activities For example, Ghetto clap, Buy, Sell, or Use any type of illegal items and Weapons. (no ORG gears included)
5. Vee has the same ability disrespect people, like gang members Do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
6. Vee can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID not only to suspect but anyone.
