I would like to submit a complaint regarding the decision that resulted in a ban, followed by a blacklist on both of my accounts – ID 37181 (main) and ID 82002 (twink).
Upon accepting the application for admin, I agreed to the verification of my Discord account. During this verification, it was found that I owned a Discord server named "Shax". I would like to emphasize that I was not aware that this server was flagged as illegal, nor did I have any knowledge of potential forbidden activities associated with it.
After this, without a prior PC check, I received a ban for a "PC Check" on October 22, 2025. Although it was stated that this was a "PC Check" ban, the check itself was never actually performed, and I requested that it be carried out so I could prove my innocence and transparency.
As a big fan of your project and someone who genuinely enjoys the game, I decided to continue playing on my twink account (ID 82002).
However, soon after that, both my twink and main accounts were blacklisted, which I do not understand, as I was never given the opportunity to prove my innocence.
I have previously submitted a complaint regarding the PC check, in which I explained in detail that I had no idea that the mentioned server was illegal, and I would gladly agree to a full system check to prove this.
Despite this, the decision has remained unchanged, and the reasons have not been further explained.
For all of the above, I kindly ask the administration to review my appeal once more and allow me to:
