2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become the leader of this great organization because i used to play in the state organizations for a long time but when i switched to gangs, i really started enjoying it. I applied for marabunta and after becoming its leader, i had a lot of fun leading the gang. However, due to some situations that i cant mention here, i had to disband it before completing the term. The enjoyment and activity i experienced in Marabunta made me want to push it even further here with even more activity and thats why i want to be the leader of ballas
2.2 I want to become the leader of this great organization because i havent had any leadership experience for a long time. However, if we talk about my past experiences i have been the leader of marabunta, SAHP and an unoff organization. So, I have led in three different sides and i am very confident in my knowledge. If i can use that knowledge during the interview and get leadership again, i believe i can relive the fun times i used to have. This activity would not only be a return to my old days but also a way to show the entire ghetto that the real strongest gang is ballas
2.3 I want to use my knowledge about gangs correctly and reach the right positions and as the ballas gang, i want to bring the ghetto into a new era. If i become leader, i will achieve this goal easily because in my past experiences i achieved a lot and built strong activity. There will be so many ballas members in the ghetto. So, other gangs will not even have a chance to walk around ghetto. I achieved this in marabunta and i want to achieve it in ballas as well
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 The most important thing to improve RP is definitely to avoid favoritism, because when favoritism exists, all RP gets ruined due to unfair situations. Because of favoritism, many people get punished unfairly, some dont get punished when they should, some get promoted unfairly, and others get demoted without reason. Therefore, if we remove favoritism, everything will start to work properly.
And also, i have almost never seen any gang leader or deputy who truly cares about graffitis, even though it is one of the most important part of gangs that should exist in the ghetto. Throughout the term, i will personally appoint a deputy who will specifically handle graffiti and i will also take care of it myself
