2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be the Leader of Ballas because when i first joined crime in the city, i joined ballas because it was the most active and strong gang at the time. But after that term, ballas started losing its activity and there were only a few goodly active terms. And by using my crime and leo experience i think i can take ballas back to its glory days. Another thing is my spray team. I will choose the leader wisely for him/her to get minimum 10k every hour. If he/her keeps the spray profits lower than 5k for consecutive hours, i will immediately remove him. This will help my gang members earn more money by being in the gang, therefore they'll be more happy.
2.2 One of my goals are getting %100. Because of this i will try to choose the best turf team i can. If i cant achieve %100 in one term, i will try to take the 2. term to achieve %100 and i will not stop working untill i get %100 and write my term into Ballas' history with golden letters.
2.3 I will try to do at least 2 FZ raids every day, and i will make sure to attend ALL events in the gang. To achieve these goals, i will choose my Deputies/HCs very carefully and very active. Nobody will be able to get HC without approval from me or a deputy to counter favoritism to family members/friends. I will blacklist anyone who gives promotion/demotion/blacklists to someone without approval from me or a deputy. This way i will try and achieve good activity because my HCs will deserve their positions by showing their activity, not get them for free. And if any deputy/HC is inactive, i will immediately demote them from their position.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- At least 2 FZs a day
- High spray profits
- Dominating ghetto so people earn lots of cash and weapons etc.
- As many situations as we can
