When I joined the server I spawned at the hotel and walked to the university area and saw a player with ID 436634 next to his car I asked him for a ride but he did not respond so I entered the vehicle and showed him the waypoint then he got out and pointed a gun at me with no RP reason and tried to scare me and after that he cuffed me even though I did not resist or break any rule and he was speaking in a language I could not understand and refused to use clear English and he did not identify himself or explain any reason for the arrest and he took me to an unknown location and gave me four stars and a fine of 35000 without any valid RP reason and this is non RP arrest powergaming and abuse of server mechanics and the punishment is unfair and not deserved
