2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be leader of ballas from long time becuase i join first time ballas and when i join city i see that ballas was so active so that time i was new i try to join ballas but that time i have not too much experaince i also love ballas hq its like castle becasue in surrounding lots of houses its gave advantage to make safe hq .
2.2 i want to be leader of ballas because when i join city for long time i dont know how rp work hows gangs work then i spend time here then i get experiance about rp and abouts gangs things then i create a family that way i was became a leader of normal family and i lead very well that time my fam also so i belive that if i became a leader of ballas i try to active ballas again like before when i was join city and see that time how much they are active in city .
2.3 i want to be leader of ballas becuase i wanna rebuild ballas gang reputation like a old days those days other gangs are so active and they have good reputation so i wanna improve ballas more then other gangs i belive that if i became a leader of balllas i lead ballas with proper communication fair leadership and good criminal rp and respectful gang enviroment so that way i belive the ballas organization became a active gang in city .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 i think that in there is lots of toxity for new players who wanna learn how to servive in city i respect old members of rp but they need to respect newbies also they need to make like that enviroment for them they learn easily whithout ashumed so if anyone HC in organization they need to be good and respectful with other players who struggle here in city for servive so make like that things for HC they not do any unfair things for players because if HC freinds there they gave them favours .

2: We Active in Ghetto
3: We Get Max Profit
4: Try Best in All Events
