2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been in State organisations for almost my entire time on this project and ever since my term as a leader of Ballas, I have been enjoying the crime scene of the city even more. Being in a crime organisation is a unique experience, especially with the right people by your side. Unfortunately I didn't complete all the goals I set for myself during my Ballas term, which is why I would love to put these goals now as a leader of Bloods.
- Again people have been actively asking me to take over the leadership of a gang because they put their trust in me that I can lead them responsible and effiecient. Together with my team of experienced people, I think the organisation will thrive and succeed.
- After taking some time to restore my energy and enthusiasm, I feel that now is the perfect time to become a leader once more and try to achieve the goals I put for myself and furthermore eventually even be the first female gang leader to achieve 100% turf.
With all this being said, my goals are the following:
- Max spraying profits every hour, having an experienced graffiti team leader
- Become the most active gang
- using more /me/do commands in different situations
- trying to get max activity in all time zones
- good bonus payment for attending different events
- proper interviews for joining the organisation to prevent rulebreaks
- doing giveaways for the most active person per day
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Being a gangster doesn't mean you have to be toxic, I will teach my members to be respectful towards other people and each other
- Making sure people will be loyal to the gang, the gang should feel more like a family than just an organisation you're joining, to achieve those thing, it will go hand in hand with the above mentioned of less toxicity
- Doing unique hostage or other situations where we engage in proper RP with the legal side and the citizens.
- We will put in a strict recruitment procedure which only allows people to join the gang with Lvl 5 and after an interview conducted by higher ranks. Furthermore the applicant will be required to have a certain mental age.
