2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? I have play my RP as a state employee and i want to become leader to prove my self i have many plans that help organization. My first plan is to take interview again from all employee because i see that manu employee did basic mistakes. and trained them with a best trainer . And i hire a new HR team for taking interviews. and i also see some officer targeting peoples and when i become Leader I see this type of officer i directly fire them.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. I do not like to see every single store robbery go down in the same way, which is: Set up, negotiate, get the hostage, shoot, arrest. In my opinion, it would be really fun to change the way we handle store robberies. It is currently really boring because everything goes down in 1 way, there is barely any entertainment or fun during these types of store robberies. Of course, not every robbery goes down like that; some don't even take hostages for it.
