   2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
   
   • I have a clear vision and have been going through the workings of gangs in the Grand Roleplay server. I like the way gangs operate and want to run a successful organization through my fresh ideas and keep The Bloods ON TOP.
   • The other reason I want to become leader of the Blood Street Gang is because I will be interested in being active in the most important gang activities, which are against the LEOs (FZ Raids, Store Robberies, Vehicle Theft, Subs). I will organize mass activity with LEOs and Bloods will make history.
   • Last but not least, I want to make the Blood Street Gang active with quality, not just numbers. I want to try my hardest to do everything I can to improve the overall gang roleplay and make it more playful.
     
   3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
   
   ​
   • Discourage favoritism: I would never allow anyone, including myself, to enter or get high ranks for friends without any prior experience.​
   • Recruitment and training: I will ensure that newcomers (at least 5 years IC age) are hired but not given high ranks before they gain gang experience and learn the rules.​
   • Keep the system clean: I will keep the system clean, including high command. I will not tolerate rule breaks from experienced high commands. If that happens, the high commands will have to leave their position, as I only want quality in the gang.​
   • Organize other events too: I have noticed that gangs only focus on turfs, ignoring other events. I will change this. My gang will perform all events (FZ raids, stores, subs, stealing NG trucks, etc.). I will also try to get 100% turfs but never at the cost of other events.
